| so i weighed myself (after my little binge) and im 91.5. which is good. esp. cuz i thought i was 94. it gives me motivation to keep going. loosing weight i mean. its a goal that i can obviously achieve. you just watch. im gonna disappear before you know it!

im sorry. im fat. i knoww i read that eating 500 cals a day and exersizing can make you loose 20 lbs a month. so yeah. thats my goal. 500 cals everyday. i will try as hard as i possibly can. and im getting drugs from my friends and he said they make you skinny (concerta, that adhd drug). hes STICK THIN. so things will look up after today. today was just a slip. i can pick myself up and keep on going.
